Control and Quality Assurance Pupuk Kaltim Laboratory)
Laboratory
staff who responsible about QC and QA for pupuk kaltim laboratory. Perform
variety laboratory test and analysis of chemical. Responsible for making a
schedule activity montly and tri semester about calibration of equipment and
established update testing methods. Responsible for making montly report and Certificate
Of Analysis. Awareness on guidelines on environmental emission criteria. Work
in management system such as LIMS System for testing laboratory and deputy on
SAP System for chemical procurement and quality of product shipment.
Responsible to implement SMK3, ISO regulation and external audition.
Sept 2010 – June 2014 (Control
Process and Utilization Laboratory of Pupuk Kaltim)
Laboratory
staff who responsible about performance test of plant. Maintains and develops
sampling methods, including sampling point improvement and utilization. Perform
Qualitative and Quantitative laboratory test. Responsible about inventory
management of laboratory statistical process control. Work with safely
condition or activities and contribute of HAZOP. Responsible for making
everyday report and safety report. Responsible about verification and
validation for laboratory. As consultant in plant process between operation,
maintenance and laboratory departments.

as safety officer with pupuk kaltim laboratory include sampling point and
dangerous condition in laboratory. Make a schedule safety inspection and
implement it. Make montly report and solve safety problem in working area.
2012 – 2014 (Fire Fighter Officer
For Pupuk Kaltim)
Responsible
as emergency condition of fire fighter team for urea, ammonia, utilities and
coal boiler plants. Standby as firefighter command. Socialization to all
employees when emergency condition in plant. Simulation dangerous condition
that the workers didn’t panic when fire.

Took
responsibility every education activity in STTIB Bontang like simply experiment
of student for seminar or competition. Socialization and facilitator exacta student
competition from external to STTIB’s student and give a selection for
